We hand-select and arrange all bouquets on the day of delivery or pickup to ensure maximum freshness and longevity.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 5 PM. Same-day delivery may be available for Kensington and nearby suburbs โ please contact us directly for availability.
3. What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Kensington and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. If youโre unsure if we deliver to your area, please get in touch!
4. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
While we canโt guarantee an exact delivery time, our local drivers make every effort to deliver your flowers during the day on the scheduled date.
5. What if I want to pick up my order?
You can select the in-store pickup option at checkout. Simply collect your flowers from our store during business hours.
6. Can I customise a bouquet?
Absolutely! Let us know your preferences or the occasion, and our florists will craft a bespoke arrangement just for you.
7. What happens if the flowers arrive damaged?
Please contact us immediately if your flowers arrive damaged. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by replacing the bouquet or offering a refund.
8. Do you provide flowers for weddings and events?
Yes, we specialise in custom floral designs for weddings, events, and sympathy tributes. Contact us for a consultation.
9. Are your flowers seasonal?
Yes, we primarily use seasonal blooms to ensure freshness and quality. If you have a particular flower in mind, let us know and weโll do our best to accommodate.
10. How can I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
We include care tips with every order, but as a rule of thumb, keep your bouquet in fresh water, away from direct sunlight and heat, and trim the stems regularly.
